Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your enrolment in training programs and beauty courses provided by Glam and Go London. By booking a course with us, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Enrolment and Eligibility

Students enrolling in courses at Glam and Go London must satisfy all prerequisites specified on the course profile. It is the student’s responsibility to check that they satisfy age requirements (minimum 18 years for standard courses, minimum 21 years for injectable courses) and hold any necessary beauty therapy certificates or phlebotomy access credentials before booking.

2. Bookings and Payments

Your place on a course is not secured until payment is received (either paid in full, through an approved installment program, or upon receipt of a deposit). Course tuition fees must be settled in full before the cohort start date unless a prior written arrangement is established.

3. Code of Conduct

Glam and Go London maintains a strict professional standard inside our clinical training studios. Students are expected to treat instructors, colleagues, and live models with respect. Failure to follow hygiene, sterilization, or safety protocols will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

4. Training Models Policy

Delegates are expected to provide their own model for live practice training sessions. If the academy attempts to match a delegate with a model from its model list, this is not guaranteed. All training models participating in clinical, skin, or cosmetic training sessions must satisfy the following safety rules:

  • Training models must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Models must provide informed written consent before receiving any treatment or participating in training.
  • Models must be appropriately screened for clinical contraindications and suitability prior to participation.
  • Model participation is strictly subject to the academy's safety, suitability, and clinical screening procedures.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Course bookings may be rescheduled according to the following notice guidelines:

  • 21 days' notice or more: Rescheduling is free of charge (limited to one move per booking).
  • 8–20 days' notice: Rescheduling is subject to a £75 rescheduling fee.
  • 7 days or fewer, or no-show: The secure deposit is forfeited in full.

The statutory 14-day cancellation right for purchases made online takes precedence over local cancellation policies. For standard cancellations and refunds of any balances in excess of secure deposits, requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date.
